When the generator knob is rotated, electrical voltage is generator at the output. The faster you rotate the knob, the greater the voltage. The polarity of the voltage at the generator's output is determined by which direction the knob is rotated. In our generator, output voltage "+" will coincide with the "+" depicted on the outside of the generator when the knob is rotated clockwise. Potential voltage 0-12vdc.
